Celebrate GBCA’s 15th Anniversary!

The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance (GBCA) was created in December 2001 by cultural leaders and artists to work toward common goals. GBCA nurtures and promotes a vibrant, diverse, and sustainable arts and cultural community.

In 2017, GBCA is celebrating 15 years of service to the cultural community that includes Baltimore City and the five surrounding counties.
