UALP Fellow Alum Jermaine Bell has been awarded one of this year's ten Open Society Institute (OSI)-Baltimore Fellowships! Yesterday he was featured on WYPR discussing his project in the Barclay community in conjunction with Exittheapple, and his work to make the arts equitable.
