Administrative Assistant for Maryland Mosaic Project

Starting September 2022, 20-25 hours a week for 40 weeks. $20 per hour

This is a one-year appointment on a contract basis with opportunity to continue after 2023.

MAP seeks Summer Intern

MAP offers internships for upper-level college students, graduate students, and recent graduates. Fall, Spring, and Summer Internships are available. MAP hours: 11 am-4 pm, Tuesday-Saturday.

Interns are responsible for assisting MAP in a variety of ways, ranging from programming to administration, with opportunities for special projects depending on skills and professional interests. Intern duties include: performing research; assisting with gallery preparation and installation; photo/video documentation, coordinating events, gallery sitting, social media, and community outreach.

Venue Summary

The Voxel is a new, multi-use blackbox theater in Baltimore Maryland. It is owned and operated by Figure 53, the makers of the show control software QLab. It was built to host artist residencies, classes, and as a laboratory for software research and development.

Rapid Lemon Productions is looking for an Asian-American / Pacific Islander (AAPI) actor for Her, Across the River, a play with movement by Hope Villanueva. CJay Philip directs this world premiere production.

The character is ASNEE - a Thai teenage male / student monk. Speaks English, with an accent.

Rehearsals are Monday & Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Tech week June 6-9. Performances June 10-26. Rehearsals and performances will be at Motor House, 120 W. North Avenue in Baltimore. $200 stipend paid.

BmoreArt seeks part-time Gallery Coordinator

MCHC Seeks Educational Programming Summer Intern

The Maryland Center for History and Culture seeks an enthusiastic Educational Programming Intern to join the Department in person. This position will assist the Education Department in expanding our reach with diverse youth and adult audiences. While the intern will support overall operations, the central project throughout this internship will be the redevelopment and updating of MCHC’s traveling trunk program. MCHC’s traveling trunks are used by nearly 10,000 students per year across Maryland and the United States.
