The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra seeks Ticket Service Agent (Part Time)

Ticket Agents represent the face of the BSO and are responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to subscription sales, single ticket sales, exchanges and resolving customer issues by phone, e-mail/web, mail, fax and in person for all BSO venues, including the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Music Center at Strathmore. BMA Seeks Education Evaluation Intern

The Education Department is seeking a Fall Intern to perform tracking/ timing evaluations of exhibitions and education spaces. The Intern will perform research, administer surveys, collate data, draft reports, and present findings to BMA staff.

The Intern will have the opportunity to learn about best practices in the museum evaluation field, gain data collection and interview skills, as well as hone research and presentation skills.
