Dance & Bmore Teaching Artists facilitate creative classes, leading music, movement, and theater games. A minimum of two teachers per team collaborate to plan and lead engaging age-appropriate activities in music, movement, and theater. Our core community values are gratitude, patience, safety, and teamwork.

Training: Dance & Bmore provides a comprehensive training program for Teaching Artists. All Teaching Artists are required to attend teacher training workshops, in-class training, and professional development to bolster their skills and confidence as Team Teachers.

Summary:

After 14 years our founding Executive Director is stepping down from his leadership position in the company. We are looking for our next PART-TIME Executive Director to inherit the leadership of this small but mighty nonprofit org that supports our huge community theater productions.

SEEKING - Teaching artists to team-teach with dancers, musicians, and theater-makers. Students include families, youth, and senior citizens. In-person classes held early afternoons and after-school.

About the Bridges Program: Bridges is a small non-profit that provides stringed instrument lessons and an orchestral experience to students in Baltimore City Schools. The Director position is a part-time, contractual job that requires on average approximately 18 hours per week. MAESTRO Ensembles, Inc.
