● Scheduling Buster
This web-based, member only calendar provides a central location for listing major cultural fund raising and gala events. This effective tool reduces scheduling conflicts for organizations with overlapping supporters. You may stake out a date well in advance of other event details.
● Contact List Sharing
Through our Share Point Site members are able to access the GBCA contact lists. These include Regional Cultural Organizations, GBCA Members, Press Lists etc. These lists can easily be exported to Excel for a mailing, or to an Outlook Contact Folder for quick reference.
● Partner Scoops
These informative weekly emails keep GBCA members connected to the cultural community with various opportunities including advertising, helpful workshops & seminars for arts organizations, the inside scoop on future programming in Baltimore etc. When we find any information useful to arts organizations, we send it directly to you!

ASSOCIATE PARTNER
By becoming an Associate Partner, you will be instantly connected to residents and visitors to our community, as this site will be their one-stop guide to Baltimore. For a nominal annual membership of $250, you will be included in the website while also having the flexibility to customize your on-line listing at-will and in real-time. This is a membership category for businesses looking to promote their events and support the calendar.
