Get your ugly holiday sweaters ready! The Not So Silent Night dance party at Candy Lane in Center Plaza returns Friday, December 16th from 7-11 pm. Dance all night to sweet beats by DJ Keebee alongside colossal candy canes, ice cream cones, and more.
Ed Hrybyk is at the heartbeat of the vibrant jazz scene here in Baltimore. He is a mover-and-shaker both on stage and as an organizer and facilitator. You can hear and see his love for building community and sharing joy through music wherever Ed Hrybyk happens to be. And... Ed happens to be all around Baltimore growing the jazz scene all of the time. As an artist he, makes the upright bass sing and also effortlessly transitions from that off the lead voice to accompanists at a moments notice.

Music includes settings for organ, hurdy-gurdy, and bagpipes, including works of Adolphus Hailstork, Jonathan Dove, Carl Rütti, and more.

A traditional service of Lessons and Carols to benefit the Food Bank at Babcock Presbyterian Church featuring Pianist Greg Small and Baritone Soloist Steve Scheinberg.
This event is free and open to the public and is to benefit the Food Bank at Babcock Presbyterian Church which distributes nearly 1000 pounds of food per month to the local community. Donations of nonperishable food items are appreciated, canned goods preferred.
Parking is free and available in the lot in front of the church as well as on the service drive, Loch Ness Road and Cottage Lane.
The Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra, under the direction of Dimitar Nikolov, is pleased to announce the return of internationally known pianist and Steinway artist, Lorraine Min in an all-Mendelssohn concert at 3 PM on December 18, 2022 at Loch Raven High School, 1212 Cowpens Road, Towson. Ms. Min will be joined by violinist Terence Tam, Concert Master for the Victoria Symphony Orchestra in British Columbia, in a performance of Mendelssohn’s Double Concerto in D Minor for Piano and Violin.
The Columbia Pro Cantare Chamber Singers will perform its annual holiday concert, “A Christmas Noel,” Sunday, December 18, 2022, 3 pm, at Christ Episcopal Church, 9600 Oakland Mills Road, Columbia. Festive music from many cultures and across the centuries will be performed by the 20-member ensemble both a capella and accompanied by organ and piano.

From Beethoven to Beyoncé is a fantastical trip through an imaginary music festival curated by those two artists, combining the greatest composers of all-time with the best popular artists of today. Lady Gaga sings with Brahms; Bruno Mars improvises with Bach; Wagner conducts while Adele sings; Muse, Shostakovich and Chance the Rapper talk politics; John Mayer fanboys over Mahler; and Beethoven and Beyoncé bring it home with help from Mumford and Sons. Three vocal soloists, one also a multi-instrumentalist, join the full orchestra.
Bring in the new year with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra at the Meyerhoff! In collaboration with Revival Hotel and The Night Brunch, the BSO is planning an unforgettable evening. The night kicks off with Revival Hotel's Lit Lobby experience preceding the concert from the next installment of the BSO’s best-selling Fusion Series, which blends classical and contemporary music curated by Steve Hackman.
