Join our 2-hour in-person workshop, "Embrace Spontaneity: Intro to Improv." It's a low-pressure, fun experience designed for newcomers. Connect with others through introductions, establish boundaries, and engage in energizing warmups, games, and collaborative scenes.
This 8-week class builds scene skills, group performance skills, and explores forms beyond the montage.
About this class:
Students will continue their growth from Fundamentals of Improv Level 2 to begin developing their own performance style and begin learning other forms beyond the Montage. By exploring a wide variety of improv skills, including game, character, walk-ons, tag-outs, openings, and callbacks, students will build a personal toolbox for their improv journey.
This 6-week class will introduce you to the fundamentals of improv in a safe, supportive, joyful environment! Includes a student showcase!

In this eight week class, you'll explore dramatic improv from a variety of perspectives. Develop acting skills, narrative and storytelling formats, and character exploration through improv.
Class will run 8 weeks, with a student showcase on March 10th!
Prerequisites: Highwire Improv's Fundamentals of Improv Level 3 or equivalent training from another school.
