Open Mic Night with Mary Reilly
Join us every third Wednesday at the Cabaret at Germano's for Baltimore's Best Open Mic Night. Dinner is served beginning at 6:00. Sign-up is at 7:00 and the performance begins at 7:30. Please purchase tickets in advance online or by phone to allow us to serve you comfortably. $10 cover for all in attendance.

Children’s Chorus of Maryland (CCM) will hold auditions on March 21st, April 1st and 13th in Towson for children as young as 5 ½ who are interested in participating in an exciting choral performance program. CCM features highly qualified teachers, small classes and in-depth vocal enrichment to provide children with a complete musical education and choral experience. Join the Baltimore Rock Opera Society for our fifth annual fundraising gala, Swanktacular V: Ring Bling BROS! A glitzy and glamorous night under the Big Top filled with high-flying fun! Held at the Zion Lutheran Church in downtown Baltimore, hosted by Melissa LaMartina, local actress and hostess of Shocktail Hour at Golden West Cafe.
In this two-part event, Turkish mezzo-soprano and music scholar Lori Şen will present a lecture on the history, language, and culture of the Sephardim, and elements and stylistic features of Sephardic music. The lecture will be followed by a recital of Sephardic songs performed by Lori Şen and guitarist Jeremy Lyons. The program will feature works by Roberto Pla, Manuel Valls, Lorenzo Palomo, Andrew Zohn, Ulrike Merk, and Matilde Salvador.
The Spire Series will present a concert honoring the precious lives lost to gun violence in Baltimore, while uplifting the good work of those dedicated to creating a brighter future, most especially BUILD.
Concertmaster candidate Audrey Wright appears in Mozart’s third violin concerto. An early work by the Danish Carl Nielsen and the glorious Eastern European melodies of Antonin Dvořák’s Serenade round out this program of characteristic music from Denmark, Austria, and Bohemia.

The Hagen Quartet is one of today's most distinguished ensembles, praised by The Los Angeles Times as "the ideal string quartet." Opening with Dvořák's tenderhearted Cypresses, they are joined by the astonishing composer and world-class clarinetist Jörg Widmann for the premiere of his own quintet and Mozart's glorious clarinet quintet.

Mike 'n' Ike will provide the house rhythm section, while Germano's provides a fabulous bar featuring everything from fresh carrot juice to old whiskey, plus fantastic food,, all in a comfortable bar in the heart of Little Italy. Come join host Ian Rashkin (bass) and the rest of the rhythm section to play your favorite jazz standards, and not-so-standards; all instruments and vocalists welcome.

Quiet, reclusive and massively talented Billy Colucci’s name is known to Baltimoreans who really know their jazz.
Join us for an exciting music and dance performance celebrating Latinx culture! Jazz pianist Cesar Orozcohas created a set of music for strings and big band using rhythms and forms from Cuba and Venezuela. Award-winning dance artist Stephanie Martinez’s work Destino Roto (Broken Destiny) will focus on women’s strengths as she draws from her Mexican and Spanish heritage. Born in Hungary (1969) and a graduate of the Budapest Liszt Academy of Music, Gergely Ittzés is one of the most proactive personalities of the flute scene. While being a researcher of his instrument and composer of many experimental flute works applying the most up-to-date flute techniques, especially polyphonic playing, he does not specialize in contemporary music only but tries to connect it with tradition. His large repertoire includes all the important works written for his instrument and a great number of rarities from the past centuries and today.
