 w up in Illinois. He has a BS from  Western Illinois University, an MA fr
 om Northern Illinois University and an  MFA from the University of Delawar
 e. Jim is a Professor Emeritus from Towson  University where he taught for
  42 years and was head of the Sculpture  Program.
