DESCRIPTION:Every year, Port Discovery sets aside days for children with s
 pecial needs  and their caretakers as part of the museum’s dedication to i
 nclusive  learning. The Museum staff lowers volume, sound effects, and l
 ights, so that  children with physical and cognitive abilities can truly 
 enjoy the museum  experience. Activities are designed for children with sp
 ecial needs, but all  children are encouraged to join this fun-filled wee
