DESCRIPTION:Since June, the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) has hosted 
 an exhibit of  artwork by 17 Maryland artists whose work in some way depic
 ts the hardships  they face with behavioral health matters. The exhibit, 
 entitled “Dusk &  Dawn” is part of the New Day Campaign (http://newdaycamp
 aign.org [1]), an  initiative dedicated to using arts programming and pub
 lic engagement to  challenge stigma and discrimination associated with men
