 the Fantasies by  Georg Philipp Telemann, published in 1732–33.\n\nThis c
 oncert culminates a semester-long focus on Telemann’s solo flute  Fantasie
 s. Earlier in the school year, historical flutist Gwynn Robert  presented
  a lecture on the history and significance of these works to the  studio a
 nd gave a masterclass to the students.
