DESCRIPTION:Our concert theme is the title of a four-movement suite by the
renowned Percy Grainger. It also serves as a double entendre, with the v
eritable cornucopia of repertoire presented in this program. Featured cla
rinetists Tom Puwalski and Donna Noyes offer a delightful interplay, wit
h each showcasing their own sense of style in /Concertino for Jazz and Le
git Clarinets/. Also featured is /Trittico/, written for William Revelli
and his University of Michigan Symphony Band, /The Eternal Light/, whi
ch remembers the self-sacrifice of the four U.S.
