 exhibition of  paintings by local Baltimore and Baker Artist, Erica Lorri
 e, at Helia Studio.\n\n“Expanding” dissolves the boundaries of form to ex
 plore the porous edges  between the individual and environment. Through fi
 gures that rupture and  merge with the landscape, Lorrie presents a visua
 l inquiry into how we are  perpetually shaped by the world around us. “Exp
 anding” is about creating  life from oneself, only to be entirely transfo
 rmed by the process.
