 , a technique  that explores the elasticity of metal. Fold-forming can be
  compared to  origami in metal, as thin sheets of metal are repeatedly an
 nealed, folded,  forged, and unfolded to create three-dimensional forms
 . In comparision to  other hammer based metal forming techniques, fold-fo
 rming can be spontaneous  and have immediate results. This class is open t
 o all levels and will assist  students in understanding how metal moves. *
