 foremost  performers and historians of ragtime and early American popular 
 music, and he  is now completing graduate studies as a musicology student
  at the Peabody  Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, M
 aryland. Although he  is only twenty-three years old, Adam has been a fea
 tured performer and  lecturer at ragtime and jazz festivals across the Uni
 ted States, and he is  the youngest three-time winner of the World Champi
 onship Old-Time Piano  Playing Contest.
