Baltimore Center Stage seeks full-time Business Assistant

Baltimore Center Stage is seeking a Business Assistant. The Business Assistant is responsible for the daily business operations of the theatre. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Banking, Credit Card Management and assisting Business Manager. Requirements for the position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience in an accounting role
  • Ability to work under pressure and with competing deadlines
  • Maintain flexibility
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality
