The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance is funded by an operating grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. Funding for the Maryland State Arts Council is also provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.

Henry and Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Foundation

Seeking to improve the quality of life in Baltimore through educational opportunity, improved health care, and access to cultural programs, The Henry & Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Foundation makes grants that strengthen arts and culture, youth development, health, and adult education.
