AKIMBO Spree is the final celebratory event of AKIMBO Dance Festival at Windup Space on September 17, 2014 at 8PM. Artists present excerpts from AKIMBO Artwalk and audiences go behind-the-scenes and meet the dancers. Cover is $5.
AKIMBO is a project of Deep Vision Dance Company, Inc. and graciously funded by the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation, William G. Baker, Jr. Memorial Fund, creator of the Baker Artist Awards, www.BakerArtistAwards.org, Maryland State Arts Council, Quality of Life Giving Circle of the Baltimore Community Foundation, and Towson University Department of Dance.
