This one-day workshop is geared for beginning students who are interested in jewelry and want to experience making a pendant. Demonstrations of sawing, texturing, riveting, and clasp-making and assistance from the instructor will give students the confidence and skills they need to make a pendant from start to finish. A presentation of historical and contemporary jewelry will help guide and inspire the students through their design process and show the depth and breadth of work being created in the field today. This is a great chance to get a taste of jewelry making and be introduced to our studio. Everyone leaves the workshop with their handmade pendant which they can wear with pride.
