Congratulate the juried artists in the 4th Annual Harford Plein Air Festival sponsored by the Maryland Center for the Arts on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 7pm-10pm, at the Bel Air Armory, and have the first opportunity to view and purchase their work at a reception prior to the public sale. The $35 ticket price counts toward painting purchase. Light refreshments served. Thirty juried artists from all over the U.S. will paint "en plein air" (outdoors) in familiar locations in Harford County during the week of September 24, 2018. Michael Kalka, Conservation Administrator at the National Gallery of Art, will present awards for best in show in several different categories.
