Take time to pause and allow yourself to synchronize mind, body, and spirit. We will engage with basic mindfulness and meditative practices that support our expanding awareness, attune to our senses and environment, and encourage relaxation. Introduction to mindful moving, walking, breathing, and meditation offered. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing.
