FACTUALITY allows participants to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. This game event is facilitated by game creator Natalie Gilliard. Book Talk & Signing: Baltimore After Freddie Gray with Sean Yoes

2 pm

This is the definitive chronicle of the three years since the Uprising of April 2015, sparked by the death of Freddie Carlos Gray, Jr., while in the custody of the Baltimore Police Department (BPD), April 19, 2015. Baltimore After Freddie Gray, goes beyond the sensational headlines connected to the findings of the searing Department of Justice report on the BPD, the nefarious deeds of the disgraced Gun Trace Task Force and the murder of Baltimore Homicide Det. Sean Suiter, and provides the informed insights only a native son of West Baltimore can provide. Sean Yoes is the Baltimore Editor of the AFRO American Newspapers and an author of the “Race and Politics” column.
