Celebrate the opening of the Hometown Girl quilt exhibition at QuiltFest!, a free family event. At 12:15 pm, get geometric with Bikram Yoga Works in the MdHS courtyard. Bring your own yoga mat and have your children twist and stretch into shapes (ages 4 and up). At 1:30 pm, create your own English Paper Piecing with the Baltimore Modern Quilt Guild.

From 2-3 pm, take part in our family friendly workshops with the Baltimore Applique Society. Throughout the day, enjoy bubbles and quilting geometry with chalk on our courtyard, as well as quilt stories and mingling with the artist, Mimi Dietrich, in her quilt exhibition..
