T. Rowe Price iCAT Webinar
The T. Rowe Price Foundation has been offering organizational assessments at no cost to our partners for the past three years. We are continuing to offer the iCAT organizational assessment in 2019 and beyond, and are pleased to offer an informational webinar on the current iCAT capabilities.
Whether your organization previously took the CCAT or iCAT, we recommend that organizations assess their health on an annual basis, so this is a great opportunity to consider re-assessment. These webinars will be presented by iCAT Co-Founder, Sally Munemitsu, and will feature information about:

About the iCAT
The Impact Capacity Assessment Tool assesses six key organizational capacities: Leading, Learning, Resource Generating, Planning, Managing, and Overseeing. Each of these six capacities also has a number of subcapacities. You can read more about these capacities and subcapacities here. The iCAT report includes a score for each capacity and subcapacity on a 100-point scale, a series of detailed and prioritized recommendations, and a capacity building plan. The report assists the intermediary organization (T. Rowe Price Foundation) and the nonprofit in identifying areas of strength and areas needing improvement so that the nonprofit can become a more high-performing organization that is better able to effectively deliver on its mission.
