Stonewear: Cement Casting Workshop

A beautiful material that can be designed in many ways. In this workshop, we will learn how to transform cement with the use of casting and mold-making. We will experiment with color additives, found object embedment, and staining techniques.
All levels welcome.
$300, includes a $40 materials fee
Tara Locklear's work is inspired by urban environments, utilizing industrial and re-purposed elements. She has been included in exhibitions and permanent collections at the Racine Art Museum (WI), Velvet di Vinci (CA), 18kt Gallery (Toronto), and Heidi Lowe Gallery (DE)
