The Science & Mystery of Sleep
Anchored by fantastical, handmade bedrooms created by three visionary artists as personal refuge, the American Visionary Art Museum explores the latest scientific research behind sleep as both force majeur to our total wellbeing and hypnagogic portal, enabling fresh revelations in science, art, and creative innovation of all sort.
Founder, director and curator Rebecca Hoffberger of the American Visionary Art Museum, gives a virtual tour of the museum's newest exhibition "The Science and Mystery of Sleep" on view Saturday, October 10, 2020 - August 1, 2022. The tour includes a special message from Arianna Huffington, author of The Sleep Revolution, in which she talks about aspects of sleep that she wishes everyone knew.
