The Howard County Arts Council seeks entries for the juried portion of its annual plein air paint-out, to be held June 8-11 in Historic Ellicott City, Maryland. A reception and award ceremony will be held on June 12; an exhibit featuring the juried artists' work will be on display at the Howard County Center for the Arts from June 12-August 5.

Juried entry fee is $30. Entry deadline: April 12
