The Highlandtown May First Friday Art Walk is looking jam-packed! No better time to come spend a Friday night, nay, a full weekend in the Highlandtown Arts District. From Frida Fest at Casa de la Cultura, to artist Alex Feres' Open House at Rust-N-Shine, to the opening night of "Reaching for the Shadows" at Highlandtown Gallery, the ha! district is the place to be.

Many other galleries and shop will be open welcoming guests with tasty samples and hosting pop-up vendors like Chesapeak Gold Farm and Sam Briegel Ceramics. Plus, our newest shop, Locality is unveiling their new store patreon and celebarting the occacion with margaritas!

Be sure to make your way back on Saturday, May 6th for Friday Fest day 2, Free Comic Book Day at Dreamers & Make-Believers, the Kenetic Sculture Race at Patterson Park, Kentucky Derby Hat Party at Sally O's, and BOPA Open Studio Tours at the Crown Industrail Park.
