ABOUT THE CONCERT:
Sahffi Lynne (they/she) is honored to present their Music Medicine Meditation Concert focusing on GRATITUDE.
Sahffi will share original and traditional medicine songs and invite us to meditate during the concert. Meditating with live music in a group setting allows the healing intentions of the music to land deep within. You may sit or lay down in meditation, back jacks, chairs, and yoga mats will be available. (You may also bring what makes you feel comfortable for an hour-long meditation.)
When focusing on Gratitude in a group meditation setting with live music, we can literally feel our hearts and minds open to the energy of appreciation, gratefulness, and connectedness. With the numerous layers of complications surrounding the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday for many of us, we invite you to come together to ground ourselves into GRATITUDE as we walk into the week.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. The meditation concert will be from 7 - 8 pm. You are invited to stay for fellowship after the concert.
Suggested donation is $20.
(You are also invited to show up and register at the door.)
The concert portion of the evening (starting at 7 pm) will also be offered via Zoom. Registration is here: tinyurl.com/Nov19MeditationConcertw-Sahffi
