Part of the Charlie Ballantine & Amanda Gardier Series – this monthly series at An die Musik Live showcases original jazz compositions and members of Baltimore’s rich jazz community!

Saxophonist Amanda Gardier releases her much anticipated album "The Auteur" which is composed of all original music that was inspired by the films of director Wes Anderson. Amanda's compositional approach and virtuosity on saxophone have been hailed by Downbeat Magazine stating "Complex Harmonies, tantalizing melodies, and smooth ballads enrobe Amanda Gardier's "Flyover Country" as she claims a space among rising star saxophonists". This show will feature Baltimore musicians Charlie Ballantine on guitar, Blake Meister on bass, and Koleby Royston on drums.
