St. John’s Episcopal Church, Havre de Grace, presents a nationally recognized quilter, Gyleen X. Fitzgerald in “The Thread of a Quilter: The journey of a quilter as told through her quilts.” Ms. Fitzgerald will display twenty-four of her quilts while discussing her life in needlework and art. Besides her presentation, she will sell and sign her newly published books. Small entry donation of $5 will be collected at the door. All proceeds at the door will benefit both St. John’s and Holy Trinity Episcopal churches in Harford County. One of Gyleen’s smaller quilt hangings and signed book will be raffled off during the event.
