Germano has created a 6 course menu for the evening which would make Ben smile...Beginning with charcuterie selections --including Ben's beloved parmigiano cheese and prosciutto, served with a slice of tartufo bianco pizzetta. Followed by red beet ravioli; arugula salad with parmigiano cheese; choice of pollo involtini, braised short ribs on polenta, grilled salmon in aromatic herbs, or a vegetarian or vegan antipasto plate and for dessert, Ben's BongoBongo. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are included. Liquor and gratuity are extra. The optional prix fixe dinner is $45 plus tax. For those who prefer to order ala carte, the full Germano's PIATTINI menu is available. Tickets to the show are $15 and are for dinner patrons only.
