Join Artistic Director Edward Polochick and Concert Artists of Baltimore for a magical Family Fun Concert! Out of nowhere, a Wizard is magically transported onto the stage. Unsure of how he got there, the conductor and orchestra try to find a way to send him back home. When excellent music and magic wands fail, the book of magic is summoned. The Wizard must elude the watch of a very strict Orchestra Librarian to gain access to the book’s contents. Will the Wizard ever get home? Come and see if the Wizard can sneak past the Librarian! Several “budding conductor” children will also be selected to conduct the orchestra. Musical selections include excerpts from Stravinsky's Firebird Suite, Saint-Saëns' Danse Macabre, and John Williams' Harry Potter, The Chamber of Secrets. Special guest actor Tim Marrone joins Concert Artists of Baltimore for Magic and Fantasy.
