Two days of special events commemorate Civil War history along Meade’s Pipe Creek Line in Union Mills, at the actual encampment sites of J.E.B. Stuart’s Cavalry and Sykes’ U.S. V Corps. Features Cavalry, Infantry, and Artillery drills, Civil War Living History and skirmishes as visitors get a front row view of the military forces of 150 years ago and the effect on civilians at the Union Mills Homestead. On Saturday night a Civil War era dance will be held in the Tannery.
