This collection addresses our human fears of mortality while offering an alternative perspective of acceptance and transformation. Libby Formant is a painter and illustrator based in Baltimore, MD. After receiving a degree in Studio Art and Art History from the University of Maryland, College Park, Libby pursued a career in museums where she has worked in a variety of capacities. Her artwork has been highly influenced by cultural and historical studies, employing sourced imagery to build narrative and commentary.
