Through a series of demonstrations and lectures, students will learn waxworking skills and casting processes, including rubber mold making, natural object, vacuum, and cuttlefish casting. The class will also incorporate metal fabrication skills including some soldering, polishing, and finishing methods. Studentss will utilize these skills to create jewelry and small-scale sculpture. No experience necessary.
