Rickey grew up in Pasadena, Maryland and have always been fascinated with Art. All types of art intrigues him, from drawing, photography, and even music. Inspiration hits him in the strangest of places, in his dreams, at work, or even listening to a good album. He belives Art is not something you do, it's something you feel. He's always in a constant competition with himself to create something stranger, brighter, and more colorful. He grew up soaking in the industry of Andy Warhol and Salvador Dali. He says he absolutely loves the reactions he receives from other people when they see his final creations. Event if it's good or bad reaction, it means he hit you somewhere and he's succedded as an artist. Rickey and his fellow artist and musican friends will be putting on an evening of music & art at the Chesapeake Arts Center on Friday, July 11, 2014 from 6:30-8:30pm.
