A one-man play…with a cast of seven! Award-winning journalist Dan Rodricks brings to stage some of the many fascinating people he’s encountered while writing more than 6,000 columns over 44 years for The Baltimore Sun.
Performances will be held in the BMA’s Meyerhoff Auditorium.

This holiday season, Ballet Theatre of Maryland will present The Nutcracker in Annapolis, Hampstead, and Westminster, MD. This yearly tradition from Maryland’s premier ballet company will delight audiences with its whimsical story,
entertaining characters, and festive sets and costumes. In addition to offering performances at
two new venues this season, BTM will once again hold a Sugar Plum Party before every Sunday
performance.

Former Muppet Workshop manager Peter MacKennan shares stories about the creation of the film’s puppets and costumes, and answers your questions about the movie’s special effects. Stories, movement, play, and songs for babies in arms and toddlers together. Playtime follows.
For little ones under two with a favorite adult. All abilities welcome.
Come out from the cold! Babies and toddlers can interact and engage their senses with enriching play time at the library.
It is an empowering and rewarding experience to write an hour each week, at the same time and place. It serves as powerful support for building your daily writing discipline. The world still needs your creative efforts.
RSVP and please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. The organizer will lead introductions, set a timer, and everyone will begin writing. Virtual attendance options are available through Google Meet.
Our meetups are a safe space for writers to work on their craft. No one will read or critique your writing. This is your time to write.
