The Maryland Microbrewery Festival is a fun-packed celebration promoting the best of Maryland's distinctive handcrafted microbrews. Numerous Maryland brewers will be attending - all true microbreweries or regional craft breweries with a number of different brews to sample. The Midnight Homebrewers’ League will also conduct a homebrew competition.

[Baltimore, MD] On Thursday October 5 2023, art galleries in the Bromo Arts District and in Mount Vernon will remain open until 8pm. First Thursdays was a staple of the Mt Vernon art circuit for many years and since May of this year, arts spaces have been looking to re-energize audiences and patrons. Galleries participating in this evening time event in October include Current Space, First & Franklin Church, Cotyledon Arts, The Walters Art Museum, Unit B, Gallery Blue Door, and Maryland Art Place @ Hotel Indigo.

With a mission to voice their insights and opportunities they found within the American aviation industry, several Hispanic women pilots and authors will appear at Fig Factor Media's Latinas in Aviation Third Annual Global Festival on Saturday, Oct. 14 at the M-NCPPC Department of Parks and Recreation's College Park Aviation Museum and Airport in College Park, Maryland.
Come out and see a large collection of Willys and Jeeps at the historic Union Mills Homestead. This is one of the largest vintage Jeep shows on the East Coast. See World War II and Korean War era military Jeeps and the civilian Jeeps and utility vehicles that are the grandfathers of today’s Jeeps & SUVs.
Tours of the historic house and mill will be available for a small fee from Noon to 3pm.

Howard Community College is thrilled to host our inaugural Fall for All event on October 20, 2023! This family-friendly, free event falls on a day when HCPSS schools are closed so it's the perfect time to explore our campus and enjoy fall festivities.
