Chip and Gus: A Ping Pong Play

Chip and Gus: A Ping Pong Play is the second installation of Third Space(s), Center Stage’s initiative to present innovative plays in unexpected places, and will be performed at The Windup Space on North Avenue in Baltimore’s art-centric Station North neighborhood.

Written and performed by veteran New York City-based actors John Ahlin (An Enemy of the People, Arsenic and Old Lace) and Christopher Patrick Mullen, Chip and Gus: A Ping Pong Play is performed over a 90-minute ping pong game and tells the story of two colleagues who meet for their monthly ping pong game in the back of a nondescript bar in a nondescript college town. But this meeting is different. Tonight, to the real-time patter of paddles, buried secrets get uncovered, and the two realize that their lives are more entwined than they ever imagined.

Tickets are FREE, and can be reserved through the Center Stage Box Office. Performances are Wednesday, October 8 through Saturday, October 11, at 6:30 pm, at The Windup Space, 12 W. North Ave, Baltimore MD 21201.
