The Be. Org is hosting its 5th annual Beyond the Dream Conference! This educational conference promotes career development for the youth through workshops, a panel of educators, and key speakers.

Founded in 2014, The Be. Org is a female-founded, Black-led organization dedicated to encouraging and nurturing youth to live above their socially imposed limitations; to develop their character, talents, and leadership skills allowing them to go beyond a dream and achieve remarkable excellence. We do so through programming and events based on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), related to STEM and Tech Equity, and College and Career Readiness.

As part of our Be. College Ready programming efforts, we are hosting our 5th annual Beyond A Dream Youth Conference. Join us for an afternoon of opportunities for middle and high school students to explore careers, prep for college, learn about leadership and so much more through hands-on, immersive, and engaging workshops and experiences. In addition to workshops and experiences for our students, parents/guardians are invited to attend offerings specifically for them related to finances and unique ways to support their career and college-ready students. This event also includes lunch, entertainment, community resource vendors, and more! Registration closes April, 22nd with no at-the-door registration.
