MICA Kicks Off ArtWalk 2026 with Opening Celebration

The Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) will present its annual ArtWalk—a culminating exhibition for graduating students held during Commencement Weekend to celebrate and showcase the work of its undergraduate Class of 2026. Now in its 19th year, ArtWalk is Baltimore’s largest visual art exhibition and a must-visit destination for collectors and art enthusiasts.
This weekend-long exhibition features thousands of original works by hundreds of MICA's student artists, offering visitors the opportunity to meet and speak directly with the artists behind the work, browse and purchase unique artworks, sample fare from popular food trucks from Baltimore and beyond and connect with MICA’s vibrant art community.
Additional programming throughout the weekend includes Animation BFA and Film and Video BFA screenings, both taking place on Sunday, May 17.
The exhibition is open to the public on Friday from 10 AM – 9 PM, and Saturday through Monday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
This free, family-friendly event is open to all; however, RSVPs are encouraged. Click HERE for more information and to register.
