30th Annual Historic Reservoir Hill Garden & Home Tour

30th Annual Historic Reservoir Hill Garden & Home Tour

The Reservoir Hill Association presents the 30th Annual Historic Reservoir Hill Garden & Home Tour, a self-guided walking tour through one of Baltimore's most architecturally significant neighborhoods on June 6–7, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This year's theme, "Colors, Canvas, and Clay: Immerse in the Tapestry of Reservoir Hill," celebrates three decades of community-led historic preservation in a National Register of Historic Places district adjacent to Druid Hill Park. The 2026 tour features more than 30 stops, including private backyard gardens, Victorian and Edwardian row houses, and community landmarks — making it the most expansive tour in the event's history.

New programming for the 30th anniversary includes an Art Crawl featuring more than 10 local artists exhibiting and selling work within the tour's gardens and homes, a Tour Day Party with local DJs at community rest stops, and professional guided tours offered three times daily exploring the neighborhood's architectural craftsmanship and cultural history.

Founded in 1994 as a neighborhood "Secret Garden Tour," the event has grown into a beloved Baltimore tradition and serves as the annual flagship fundraiser for the Reservoir Hill Association, a resident-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting neighborhood preservation, home rehabilitation assistance, and community advocacy.

Tickets are available at RHGardenTour2026.eventbrite.com. Early Bird admission is $20; General Admission is $25; VIP Tour is $30.
