EMP Resident artists Noelle Tolbert, Alexander D’Agostino, and Porter Witsell form NAP, a performance trio investigating the intersections of dance, body movement, and performance art. The trip will be presenting works developed thus far in their residency with EMP Collective.

ABOUT MOVEMENT RESEARCH
Movement Research can encompass dance and technique, but it can also work with the body with less traditional aesthetic qualifiers. Improvisation, physical/emotional states, physical theater, meditation, the spoken word or movement of the voice. It can look like solitary experiments or group encounters or performance art.
