Loop In Loop Chainmaking

Students explore the ancient techniques of chain making from start to finish. The process includes fusing and forming fine silver and/or high karat gold into links and weaving a variety of chain styles including loop in loop, sailors, strap, and tapered combinations. Appropriate clasps and terminations also covered.
Prerequisite: Intro to Metals + Jewelry or equivalent experience.
$250 + $25 materials fee
