Show runs June 14 through August 30 - Born in Washington, DC, trained at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and residing in Baltimore, Gregorio turns up the light, drama, and mystery in his dynamic, compelling paintings of natural environments that sometimes interact with human elements. Gregorio spent 25 years as a master cabinetmaker and museum exhibit builder, but missed painting. After a trip to his parents’ home in Portugal, he decided to return to his love of art and began painting again. “I am consumed with my art and at times must wait patiently until the sun rises so I can begin to paint!”

Located in the heart of Ellicott City’s charming Historic District, Still Life Gallery showcases a large curated selection of original paintings, prints and sculpture by premier local and regional fine artists in a variety of styles, which rotate continually. Our on-site custom frameshop has a 30-year legacy of expert design and museum-quality workmanship at reasonable prices, with all work performed on-site by a Master Framer.
