The 2023 inFusion Film Festival Loud-N-Clear!!! will take place on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 12 pm-9 pm at The Lyric Baltimore, 140 W Mt Royal Ave, Baltimore, MD 21201This free event is open to the public and will showcase a series of films, videos, and artwork created by Baltimore artists and filmmakers. The festival will feature pieces that explore topics such as neighborhood stories, myths, history keepers, community resilience in the face of challenges, and the impact of Covid-19 on Baltimore's social justice movement.
Mix and mingle at The Reginald F. Lewis Museum with afro futuristic exhibits, poetry, short films, music, and refreshments during Baltimore Pride Week. The evening kicks off with a series of short films exploring themes on same gender love, coming of age, parental acceptance, and bullying screened by the Baltimore International Black Film Festival. A talk back about coming of age and growing into their own personhood will follow.

The Lewis Museum celebrates Baltimore Pride Week with a children’s story reading and art activity rooted in the diverse ways families show up. Hear a story reading of A Tale of Two Mommies by Vanita Oelschlager and Papa, Daddy & Riley by Seamus Kirst read by our partners from the Pride Center of Maryland. An art project celebrating the families will follow.
Iuri Bittar (guitar) and Almir Côrtes (bandolim/mandolin) are recognized for their masterful performance, often invited for concerts and workshops within and beyond Brazil. Alma Brazil’s repertoire brings the best of Brazilian instrumental music through choros, sambas and bossa nova, many composed by Brazil’s foremost writers: including Pixinguinha, Jacob do Bandolim, Baden Powell, and Tom Jobim. Duo Choro Brazil enchants audiences with talent, swing, and virtuous improvisation!
