The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks Database Coordinator

Overview:

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a highly-motivated Database Coordinator to manage the Museum’s donor database and play a pivotal role in the Development Division.

The Database Coordinator collaborates with Development program officers and the Finance Division to ensure that gifts are recorded and allocated accurately, and reconciles monthly and yearly totals.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Records all gifts and pledges into the donor database and produces gift acknowledgements and receipts in a timely manner.

Generates regular reports for the Development and Finance Divisions.

Supports a broad range of Development activities, including creating Annual Donor reports, responding to Member requests.

Participates in events

Hiring and supervising work-study students.

This full-time, exempt position reports to the Director of Membership.

Qualifications:

4-year college degree or equivalent experience

2 years customer service experience

Excellent organizational skills

Detail Oriented

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Strong math and problem solving skills

Commitment to accuracy

Familiarity with fundraising software; Raiser’s Edge preferred

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
